Return and refund policy
CityXpressions Store Return and Refund Policies:
1. Unique and Printed-to-Order Products: Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, all orders placed with CityXpressions are non-refundable once they have been sent to production. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
2. Order Edits: Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be edited or modified. You may still have the option to cancel the order, and we will refund you the shipping cost. However, production costs are non-refundable.
3. Size and Color Errors: CityXpressions is not responsible for orders with incorrect size or color selections. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
4. Ordering on Behalf of Customers: If you are placing an order on behalf of your own customers, it is your responsibility to accurately relay the information provided by your customers. CityXpressions is not liable for errors or miscommunication.
5. Misprinted, Damaged, and Defective Items: Our return policy applies only to misprinted, damaged, and defective items. Claims for such issues must be submitted within four (4) weeks from the date of product receipt.
6. Lost in Transit Claims: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within four (4) weeks from the estimated delivery date.
7. Claims Process: To submit a claim, please use the order management dashboard on our website under each order’s detail page. Our team will investigate the issue and, if applicable, process a refund or replacement.
8. Refunds and Credits: Refunds, when approved, will be issued as a credit to your account.Â
9. Incorrect Addresses: Users are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. In case of incorrect addresses, reshipping costs, including product costs and shipping, must be covered by the user.
10. Unclaimed Shipments: If an order is returned to CityXpressions due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment, the user is liable for reshipment costs, including the original shipping cost and a service charge of $4.00.
11. Disposal of Items: Sealed goods like face masks and undergarments cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Orders containing these items will be disposed of and won’t be available for reshipping.
12. EU Consumer Notification: EU consumers should be aware that personalized goods and unsealed goods (like face masks) are not eligible for returns as per Directive 2011/83/EU. CityXpressions reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
13. Language and Interpretation: This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations for any purpose.
